Dental Promise Plan

- The Dental Promise Plan is an add on service available to any patient that receives a dental cleaning/prophy or oral surgery at our practice after October 15th, 2021.

- The plan is not transferable to any other patient.

- The plan is not available to patients if recommended dental extractions or xrays were declined.

After the recommended dental work is completed, your pet can enroll in our optional 2 year Dental Promise Plan. If your pet requires further dental work within the next 2 years, no charge will be associated with that procedure. Your pet must remain current on his/her annual exam with our hospital for this plan to apply. This plan may not be transferred to another patient, nor is it valid at any other hospital.
